Israeli war

AGAINST THE GAZA STRIP:

"I pain of childbirth

A NEW PALESTINE

AND A NEW MIDDLE EAST "

Mahdi Darius Nazemroaya

To really understand the specific need to understand the general, and to master the knowledge of the general need to understand the specific. What is happening in the Palestinian Territories is related to what is happening throughout the Middle East and Central Asia, from Lebanon to Iraq and Afghanistan is headed by NATO, as part of a larger geo-strategic goal. All events in the Middle East make up a huge geopolitical puzzle: each piece gives only part of the picture, but putting together all these pieces you can see the whole picture. For this reason it is sometimes necessary to examine more than a single event to reach a better understanding of another event, even if sometimes it forces you to expand its range of observation.
The following is based on some basic elements of an earlier and more extensively. This is short but complex, and more focused on the events that take place in the Palestinian Territories and their role in the larger chain of events taking place in the Mediterranean region and the Middle East.

Operation Lead Time: the "birth pangs of a new Palestinian"

Israeli attacks against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip are part of a broader geo-strategic project. According to Israel and the United States belong to the "birth pangs of a new Palestine and a new Middle East". But this project will not develop as predicted the United States and Israel. Throughout the Middle East and the Arab World have been covered by a wind of change. This process is unleashing a new wave of popular resistance directed against the United States and Israel in the Arab World and beyond.
'Operation Lead Time "has been planned for nearly a year. The "Shoah" (Hebrew word for Holocaust) that the Israeli political Matan Vilnai had promised to the Palestinians has been unmasked, though many media have tried to hide it.
The Israeli authorities had warned of the entry into the Gaza Strip since the election of 'Hamas. The implied reason was that a campaign against Gaza Fatah fighters (supported by the United States and Israel) had failed to topple the Palestinian government dell'Hamas a coup. The idea of a coup against Hamas had the approval of the United States, Britain, Israel and several Arab dictatorships such as Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Egypt.
Publication NATO and Israel: Instruments of America's Wars in the Middle East (NATO and Israel: Instruments of America's war in the Middle East) clearly documents the strategic goal of Tel Aviv to invade Gaza and overthrow the democratic political system the Palestinians for their protection.

The Israeli aim is to "internationalize" the Gaza Strip following the example of South Lebanon, in such a way that requires the intervention of NATO and other foreign military forces as so-called peacekeepers. [1] This modus operandi is very similar to the Anglo-American occupied Iraq and Afghanistan manned. The former Yugoslavia is a significant case in which a process of political and economic restructuring (including privatization program) was implemented under the supervision of U.S. troops and NATO. The difference in the Palestinian Territories is that political figures are willing to implement these plans, as Mahmoud Abbas, are already in office.

Arab Peace Initiative of 2002 to the Annapolis Conference

The events in question begin with the Initiative 2002 Arab that was proposed by Saudi Arabia to Beirut during an Arab League conference in Lebanon. The initiative of Saudi Arabia was in fact from London and Washington and was part of an Anglo-American political agenda for the Middle East and the so-called Project for the "New Middle East".
The rift between Hamas and Fatah, the calculated deception that lay behind the role of Mecca in Saudi Arabia in the Agreement and the long-term objectives of America and its allies in the Middle East and along the Mediterranean coast have the backdrop to the fighting in the Palestinian Territories.
The struggle in Palestine and in Iraq and Lebanon, not only about sovereignty and the 'self-determination. " At stake is the imposition by force of economic neo-liberalism. It is a modern version of slavery generated by debt and privatization imposed by military force in the Middle East and around the world.
What is poorly understood is that the Palestinian struggle is being fought on behalf of all peoples. The Palestinians are in the forefront of the battle - in talking about political and economic sense - the "New World Order."
To understand where the Palestinians and should lead the way throughout the Levant launched at Annapolis must also understand what happened in Palestine beginning of the "Global War on Terror" in 2001.
Act I:

divide the Palestinians by Hamas-Fatah rift
America and the European Union have now realized that Fatah does not represent the popular will of the Palestinian nation and lose ; representative power. It is this, a fundamental problem for Israel, the European Union and America, who need a compliant and corrupt Fatah leadership that implement their long-term objectives in the Palestinian Territories and the Eastern Mediterranean, as well as in more ; wider Middle East region.
In 2005, Washington and Tel Aviv began to prepare for a victory in the general election dell'Hamas Palestinians. Such a strategy was perfected before the victory dell'Hamas to neutralize not only Hamas but all forms of legitimate resistance to foreign plans that they have taken hostage the Palestinians since the "Nakba".

Israel, America and its allies, including the European Union, knew that Hamas would never have been complicit in what Washington had in mind for the Palestinians and the Middle East. In short, Hamas would oppose the project for the "New Middle East". This restructuring of the geopolitics of the Middle East requires the concomitant creation of a Mediterranean Union. The Arab Peace Initiative in 2002 was the prelude is the materialization of the "New Middle East" to its implementation through the Mediterranean Union.
If the Saudis did their part in the undertaking of the American "New Middle East", Fatah was manipulated and fought for a clash with Hamas. This was done knowing that the first reaction dell'Hamas, as the ruling party in the Palestinian territories, would be to maintain Palestinian unity. It is here that comes into play Saudi Arabia's role in organizing the Mecca. It is also worth noting that Saudi Arabia did not grant any diplomatic recognition all'Hamas before the Mecca.

Act II :

Trap Palestinians with the Mecca agreement and through the West Bank-Gaza split
The Mecca Accord was a trap all'Hamas . The Hamas-Fatah truce and the subsequent Palestinian unity government was formed that was not intended to last. They were doomed from the start, when Hamas was tricked to sign the Agreement of Mecca. The Mecca Accord was established the next step: he had to legitimize what would happen next, that is a small civil war in Gaza.

was after the signing of the Mecca that elements within Fatah led by Mohammed Dahlan (and under the supervision of Lieutenant General Keith Dayton, U.S.) received from the United States and Israel to reverse the order dall'Hamas led Palestinian government. Probably there were two plans, one for the possible success of Fatah and the other (emergency, and the most likely of the two) in the event of failure. This plan called for two parallel Palestinian governments, one in Gaza guidato dal Primo Ministro Haniyeh e dall'Hamas e l'altro in Cisgiordania controllato da Mahmoud Abbas e dal Fatah.

[2] Altri piani per questa cosiddetta “soluzione a tre nazioni” included the delivery of the Gaza Strip to Egypt and the division of the West Bank between Israel and Jordan.
also the Mecca agreement allowed the Fatah ruling the West Bank in a couple of moves. As with the Mecca agreement was formed a government of national unity, the withdrawal of the Fatah government was used to define the illegitimate government of Hamas. And this while the renewed fighting in Gaza made it impractical to carry out new elections.
Mahmoud Abbas was also put in a position to claim "legitimacy" of the formation of his administration in the West Bank, that world opinion would otherwise seen for what it was: an illegitimate regime, without parliamentary basis. It is no coincidence either that the man put the head of government of Mahmoud Abbas, Salam Fayyad, is a former World Bank official.

With Hamas effectively neutralized and expelled from power in the West Bank, everything was ready for the next two steps: the proposal to send an international military force in the Palestinian Territories and the Annapolis Conference. [3]
Act III :

the agreement in principle and the Israeli-Palestinian peace conference in Annapolis

Before the Annapolis Conference between Mahmoud Abbas and Israel were drawn up of "agreements in principle" to ensure that the Palestinians would not possessed a military force if the West Bank had been granted some form of self-determination policy. The agreements also call for integration between the economies of the Arab World and Israel and the positioning of an international force, similar to those fielded by NATO in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo, to supervise the implementation of these agreements in the Palestinian Territories . The objective was to neutralize Hamas and legitimize Mahmoud Abbas.
The visit of the Secretary General of NATO, Jakob (Jaap) de Hoop Scheffer, the United Arab Emirates, after the visits of George W. Bush Jr. and Nicholas Sarkozy, was to bring the military agreements signed between the UAE and the United States and France. While in the UAE, the Secretary General de Hoop Scheffer said in essence that it was only a matter of time before NATO entered the Arab-Israeli conflict. [4] Segetario General of NATO also said that this would take place after the formation of a viable Palestinian state. In reality, de Hoop Scheffer said that NATO would have wanted to enter the Palestinian territories after the formation of a client state in Palestine under the leadership of Mahmoud Abbas. He also said that NATO would not allow any all'Hamas recognition.
that Hamas is no longer useful to Israel and its allies. The Fatah would also have been used to strike again on the Gaza Strip. The Fatah is an ally of Israel in the offensive against the Gaza Strip. In September 2008 the Israeli media had talked about the attacks against the Gaza Strip as a joint plan of Israel and Fatah to oust the military-led Palestinian government dall'Hamas. [5] When the U.S. government hosted the Annapolis conference, experts and analysts around the world said that the summit lacked substance and essentially a move to collect all that was due to the Palestinians, including nlle the right to return to their homes and their land. The Annapolis Conference was just a bizarre revival of the Arab peace proposal by Saudi Arabia in 2002.

Act IV :

come full circle, returning to the Arab of Saudi Arabia in 2002. The peoples of the Middle East must open their eyes to what was thought to their lands. The agreement in principle, the Arab Peace Initiative and the Annapolis Conference are all means to achieve the same end. All three, like Israel itself, are rooted in the plans for economic hegemony in the Middle East.
And it is here that France and Germany converge with the Anglo-American foreign policy. For years, even before the "Global War on Terror," Paris had urged the placement of a military contingent of the European Union or NATO in Lebanon and the Palestinian Territories.
In February 2004 the then French Foreign Minister Dominique de Villepin said that when the Israelis left the Gaza Strip, there could have been sending of foreign troops, with an international conference to legitimize their presence as part of the second phase Roadmap of the Israeli-Palestinian initiative for the Greater Middle East or "New Middle East. " [6] Villepin's statement was made before Hamas came into the scene and the first agreement in principle with Mahmoud Abbas. However, afterwards, the Arab Peace Initiative of 2002.
It is clear that the events taking place in the Middle East are part of a military plan drawn up before the "Global War on Terror." Even the donors' conferences organized for Lebanon after the Israeli attacks of 2006 and those which it now speaks for the Palestinians related to these restructuring plans.

It is time to consider the proposal by Nicolas Sarkozy for a Mediterranean Union. Integration Economic Israeli economy with the economies of the Arab World will further promote the global network of tight global agents of the Washington Consensus [a term coined by economist John Williamson in 1989 to define a set of directives addressed to countries afflicted DEVELOPING by the economic crisis from the Washington-based institutions like the IMF, the World Bank and the Department of the Treasury of the United States the term is then passed to identify the lack of autonomy of international economic institutions against the American superpower, NdT ]. The Arab Peace Initiative of 2002, the agreement in principle and Annapolis are all phases of the constitution economic integration of the Arab World with Israel through the project for the "New Middle East" and the integration of the Mediterranean with the European Union via the Mediterranean Union. The presence of troops from NATO member countries and the European Union in Lebanon are also part of this plan.

Towards the establishment of a Palestinian dictatorship: other plans are under way to oust the Hamas?

Israeli attacks on Gaza Strip and the Palestinian people are an attack on democracy and freedom of choice. Israel, the United States, Saudi Arabia and its allies have not been slow to recognize Mahmoud Abbas as the legitimate leader of the Palestinians even though his term had ended. Despite
pride themselves to promote democracy and self-determination throughout the Middle East, United States, Britain, France, Germany and the European Union are opposed to any genuine form of self-determination and democracy in the Middle East because freedom of choice for the peoples of the Middle East and neutralize hamper the economic interests of these powers. It is precisely for this reason that dictatorships are the best form of government in the Middle East from the point of view of Anglo-American and Franco-German.

The Palestinian Territories are no exception. The United States, Israel, its allies and corrupt oligarchs at the top of Fatah are determined to establish an autocratic regime in the Palestinian Territories. For the satisfaction of the Israeli and American strategists, the Hamas-Fatah rift has helped to curb the democratic path taken by the Palestinians through the election of their leadership and paved the way for attempts to establish future Palestinian government compliant. In Cigiordania the process has already begun.

At the end of 2008, Hamas had made it clear that it intended to present its own candidate for President of the Palestinian elections which were held in January 2009. It was a direct challenge to the power held by Mahmoud Abbas and the leaders of Fatah by controlling the presidency of the Palestinian Authority. Before the Israeli attacks against Gaza Mahmoud Abbas and Fatah had replied curtly all'Hamas that such an election would not be held until the Hamas had not waived its power in the hands of Mahmoud Abbas, Prime Minister and Government of the Palestinian West Bank, Mahmoud Abbas has chosen placing itself outside the democratic process.

dall'Hamas led government in Gaza has since replied that would appeal Palestinian legal code. The Palestinian law stipulates that in such situations, the role and duties of the President should be transferred to the President of the Palestinian Legislative Council, the parliament of the Palestinians, for a period of transition. The current president of the Palestinian Legislative Council Ahmed Bahar, a member dell'Hamas.
crush Palestinian democracy: the geopolitics of the Middle East and the Palestinian government

Related to this move to oust the Hamas there are broader geopolitical and strategic initiatives to surround and confront Syria and Iran. [7] Israel, with the help of Egypt, Jordan and Saudi Arabia, had tried for months to negotiate a unilateral ceasefire with the Palestinian government led by Hamas in the Gaza Strip. This move was launched in parallel with initiatives toward Israel, Hezbollah, Lebanon and Syria.

These Israeli initiatives are a means to dismantle and dissolve the Resistance Bloc, a coalition of nation states and non-state actors who oppose the occupation and foreign control in the Middle East. This category includes, among others, the Arab resistance movements in occupied Iraq by the Anglo-Americans, the Palestinian Territories and Lebanon. He challenged the Washington Consensus and economic reconfiguration of the Middle East that is implemented through actions such as the Anglo-American invasion and occupation of Iraq.

Tel Aviv was a deadlock in negotiations with Hamas and now seems to favor the establishment of autocratic administration of Fatah in the Gaza Strip who diligently obey the edicts Israelis. This also would free Israel from the need to deal with Lebanon, Syria and / or Iran.

The Final Act: The power of the people, the act has not yet gone to the scene. The breaches at the Rafah border between Egypt and the Gaza Strip were a sign that the tyranny was falling apart, but there is still much way to go. [8] The mass protests around the world, from Egypt and the Arab World and Asia are a signal that the "second superpower" - the power of the people - are raising their heads. At the end people will decide against the interests of politicians and their economic schemers.

People are able to look beyond nationality, ethnic divisions and the boundaries drawn by man. He believes in justice and equality for all and suffers when he sees others suffer, regardless of differences.

In the world the just and honest constitute a nation in itself - whether Israeli or Arab or American - and their choices will determine the direction of the future.
The Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, which includes a diverse set of groups dall'Hamas communists (such as the Marxist Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine) and the Christians, they did what they failed to make the armies of Jordan, Egypt, Syria and Iraq.
The Israeli massacres in the Gaza Strip will prove a turning point and a catalyst for change.
The political and strategic map of the Middle East and Arab world will change, but not for Israel, the House of Saud and dictators of the Arab World. Change is near.

[8] A few days after the opening of the Rafah crossing, Mahmoud Abbas, the Israeli government and the Egyptian government have urged the armed Fatah because it acquires control of the crossing point and shut the transit of Palestinians. Not only does this show that none of these players care about the humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip, but also illustrates that Mahmoud Abbas has no concern for the welfare of the Palestinians. The Rafah crossing has become a force that involves the observation of the European Union, the European Union as an accomplice of the oppression of the Palestinians.

SERBIA E KOSOVO

WHAT HAPPENS AND WHAT 'HAPPENED

Exit now in the editions of this book Noctuaedizioni Stephen Vernon entitled "The question of Serbia and the Kosovo crisis." The book is 192 pages and price is 18 €. Despite the presence of an international army of interposition, the so-called Kosovo Liberation Army has taken steps to expel from Kosovo and Metohija almost all non-Albanian minorities (about 20% of current residents), that is 240,000 people of Serbian, Montenegrin, Turkish, Roma, Jewish, Egyptian, Gorani (ie Slav-Islamization) Croatian and Albanian (some belonging to that community were in fact considered "collaborators" in Belgrade, according to figures provided by KFOR spokesman Ole Irgens, of the 130 people abducted in just the first five months of international administration, at least 40 Albanians would be).

Of these, only a few hundred Serbs have so far failed to return, supported by the strong attachment that always ties them to their land, but in the south of Kosmet are forced to live in small enclaves under constant siege.

The situation of heightened tension, however, is that of the city Kosovska Mitrovica in the north, where the Serb community is more numerous and the French contingent that oversees the bridge over the Ibar River separates it from the Albanian majority.

the humanitarian tragedy of the refugees, we must add the destruction of 150 Orthodox churches and religious sites, a profound loss not only for Serbian culture but throughout medieval Christendom.

Under the pressure of the western part of the international community, that is much more the United States of the European Union, the Albanian government in Pristina unilaterally proclaimed February 17, 2008 its independence from the rest of Serbia.

This process of secession, however, is extremely difficult to be legitimized by the United Nations, where the Russian-Chinese veto blocks the entrance of the new state of Kosovo in all multilateral organizations, diplomatic missions, for which the awards are made only at the initiative of individual nations.

remain also on the table all the dangers of a possible "domino effect" that the statement of 17 February is likely to trigger, not only in the Balkan peninsula but also in the rest of Europe.
