U.S. ACCUSATIONS FROM POLAND

Karadzic blames Western powers for the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Accuses French service and a high international officials.

HELP THE SERBIAN RADIO. THREATENS CLOSURE
● The Association of Journalists Serbs (Uns) has appealed to the authorities in Belgrade and the Serbian population to intervene in support of Klokot radio, a station that broadcasts in the Serbian language in the southwestern part of Kosovo, in serious financial difficulties and that the risk for this closure. EDITORIAL
● Russia and Mongolia signed an agreement to form a joint end of the year equal venture for the production of natural uranium. The agreement was signed in Ulan Bator to the end, the negotiations between President Tsalhiagin Elbegdorj Mongolian and Russian Dmitri Medvedev, who is visiting in the Mongolian capital. It 'an important signal that comes from a continent where there is now a problem with North Korea. As for the man the Kremlin's view is that the chance of the celebrations dedicated to the 70-th anniversary of the Battle of Khalkin-Gol. MOSCOW FEARS KOREA THE NORTH: ARMA BOUNDARIES

● There was never between Moscow and Pyongyang have a great love. Except, of course, the brackets of the war when the Soviets ran in 1950 to support the North Korean army committed against the Americans. Times change. HUNGARY, FIVE EXTREMISTS RIGHT arrested on 'suspicion of murdering ROMA
● are five people in custody, arrested and suspected of having killed many Roma. This was announced by national police chief Jozsef Bencze. Arrests were performed in Debrecen, eastern Hungary cities and several clues, including DNA testing also nailing those arrested. These five men between 28 and 42 years, all right-wing extremists.

● Obama has left Moscow. He found a Medvedev with whom to make contact. But in same time, Putin has found a firm and hard. He discovered (which, moreover, should already know) that it is Dmitry Medvedev, the president of the Russian Federation, to have effective powers. The real reins of the country, in fact, are in the hands of Vladimir Putin. A man who, to quote Obama, "is still with one foot in the Cold War."

A "synagogue mobile runs on the streets of Moscow. EDITORIAL
● starts today a new series of this internet space. The main idea is to give space for texts, reports, documents, recollections, books and tests. Everything on the ground in Eastern Europe: Former Soviet Union, countries that were defined by the term "socialist camp", Comecon and the Warsaw Pact. You will find analysis and re-enactments of the past here, but mostly you will give space to date. We will, therefore, political science, the discipline that concerns the systematic investigation of the socio-political phenomena, also referred to as traditional political science.
In the realization of our space-internet then keep in mind that all of the problems posed by the crisis of ideology affirmed the east (such as state structure) and the collapse of most political regimes in this ideology were inspired to be reviewed and discussed.

The "acid test" between Russia and the United States has begun today in the Kremlin on July 6. It will last until tomorrow and only then can do the real stock of the situation and understand the extent to which the American and Russian Obama Medvedev (still under the control of Putin seems more faithful to the orthodoxy of the old school ...) have reached important agreements on the process of negotiations to reduce nuclear arsenals.
